The rice micromill is a family or village-type rice mill that facilitates milling operations in the rural areas. It is highly portable, simple, and relatively cheaper. It performs dehulling and polishing in one pass inside the milling cylinder. It is a modified local version of a Chinese-designed Engelberg steel huller, popularly known in the country as "kiskisan."
